With grieving hearts, the family of Jack Davison Sharp, 101, announce his passing on January 25, 2024. He was born in Steubenville, OH on September 8, 1922 to Willella (Davison) and William Sharp. Soon after high school, he joined the Marines and worked as an aircraft mechanic in the Pacific Islands during WWII and as an instructor during the Korean War.

He is predeceased by his first wife, Nancy (Elliott, 1923-1979) married for 35 years, his second wife, Margaret (Corneil, 1928-2017) married for 36 years, his daughter, Margie (1946 – 2006) and his son, Bill (1951 – 2020). He is survived by his grandchildren, Kelly (Michelle), Karen, Kevin (Virginia), Kaylee, and Michael, great-grandchildren Scarlet, Samantha, Maggie, Breanna, Lily and Ella.

He will be laid to rest at Forest Meadows Cemetery in Gainesville, FL, next to his first wife, Nancy. Please visit his memorial page at www.williamsthomasfuneralhome.com
