Nowadays, many adolescents prefer to spend time with their peers rather than their families. This change is because of a lack of open talk in family and this issue can be erased by setting up a family time in every single day.

Hi there, a comma is not needed because the coordinating conjunction is not joining two independent clauses. It was a stylistic choice made by the writer.

Nowadays, adolescence are hanging around with their friends more than their family members. This is because they feel comfortable and free to do whatever they like when with same age group and parents shouldn’t restrict them to stay home.

In your first example, I don’t like “employed people”. Your thoughts? Maybe, “employees”? Or stick with “working people” or just “workers”?
