Actually it has been said that discuss and give your opinion. You can write a separate body paragraph after writing both of the views but it is must to write your own opinion that is called thesis statement in introduction So, you will give your opinion in introduction just after paraphrasing the question and you will reiterate it in conclusion just after summarising both the views.
