The Swiss Army knife of the newsroom, Alan now reports on sports, news and and anything else that may need done. Hired at The Sun in 2009, Alan started as a page designer and copy editor for the news department before transitioning to features. Alan was later promoted to Senior Multimedia Copy Editor. Before being hired at The Sun, Alan spent three years as a sports reporter/copy editor for the Citrus County Chronicle in Crystal River.
